Position Summary:
Spring Education Center is currently looking for a strongly dedicated Customer Service Officer (Male or Female) who manages the daily student payment in a highly professional manner. Position Responsibilities:
- Keeping record of student payment in the timely manner;
- Responding promptly to student enquiries;
- Facilitating the students’ permission request when necessary;
- Keeping track of inventory sold and available in stock such as notebooks;
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward students at all times;
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints;
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests;
- Understanding functions of school system as necessary;
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues;
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process;
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support; and
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent;
- Comfortable using computers;
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills;
- Good command of English; and
- Experience working with customer support is an advantage
