Mr. Sopheak is a Co-founder and President of Spring Education Center, an educational institute in Cambodia providing language programs to young learners and adults, and career focused programs to adults, working professionals, and businesspeople. Concurrently, he is an independent business consultant at Uy Sing Investment, co-founder and board of director at Ten Synergy Investment, and vice-chairman at NTL Technology.

Since the start of his career, Mr. Sopheak has always placed education as his primary focus. Having served in the sector for more than 15 years as a teacher, academic director, and executive director in various institutes across Cambodia, Mr. Sopheak never ceases to provide students with impeccable quality of education and practical experience. This encouraged him and his highly dedicated faculty and executive team members to create Spring.

Mr. Sopheak obtained a Master’s Degree of Business Administration majoring in General Management from Charles Sturt University, Australia, in 2009. He also holds dual bachelor’s degrees in English and Tourism, having obtained them in 2006.

Mr. CHEA Chhunleng has been promoted to General Manager after holding dual roles as Head of the Chinese Department and Human Resources Manager at Spring Education Center. Previously, he served as a Human Resources Manager at Uy Sing Investment and NTL Technology.

Chhunleng is fervently devoted to education and training. He began his career in education in 2013 as a Chinese teacher at the American Intercon Institute and later joined Cambodia-ASEAN International Institute from 2014 to 2019, advancing from teacher to Head of the Chinese Department. Additionally, he was a corporate Chinese trainer for companies such as Adidas.

Chhunleng holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chinese Literature from the Institute of Foreign Languages and a Bachelor in Banking and Finance from Royal University of Law and Economics in Cambodia. He also achieved HSK 6 in the Chinese proficiency test.

Mr. KHANN Dara Chitou is currently serving a role as a Head of English Department at Spring Education Center.

Mr. Chitou’s passion has always been about educating and training people especially with students and instructors. He started his journey in education sector since 2012 when he served as an assistant to academic coordinator and teacher of English. Later, was promoted several times from teacher branch and operations manager.

Mr. Chitou has earned a bachelor of art in Professional English Communication from the Institute of Foreign Languages.

As a Business Development Manager at Spring Education Center, she manages company profile planning, website development, national & international partners, as well as digital & print marketing. She also handles digital marketing for Spring Coffee & Eatery, a coffee shop located on the 8th floor of Spring Education Center.

Ms. Thavy is employed at Spring Education Center as a human resources manager. With 16 years of experience under her belt in a myriad of industries including hospitality, manufacturing, and management holding roles such as head of sales and general manager. In addition to this, she has had 4 years of experience in the human resources and administrative sectors. Her experience has enabled her to become a person with astonishing social networking skills, a great understanding of human psychology, and impressive problem-solving abilities.

As the Human Resources Manager in this establishment, she has a vision to train her co-workers to maintain safety, comfort, happiness, and enjoyment as she believes that workplace happiness increases productivity

As a Chinese language professional learner and experienced instructor, Ms. Houyyean is currently serving as Head of Teacher Affairs in Chinese Department at Spring Education Center.

With a strong background in teaching, Ms. Houyyean previously worked as a Chinese language teacher at Cam-Asean International Institute and Chong Zheng School, where they successfully supported students in mastering the Chinese language. These experiences have shaped Ms. Houyyean expertise in language education and team leadership.

Ms. Houyyean holds a Bachelor of Accounting from Vanda Institute.

Mr. Horm Chhanny serves as the Head of Teacher Affairs at Spring Education Center, bringing over a decade of extensive teaching experience and a commitment to educational excellence. Mr. Chhanny graduated from the Institute of International Studies and Public Policy (IISPP) in 2023 with a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, providing a strong foundation in global perspectives and policy analysis.

Over the course of a 10-year teaching career, Mr. Chhanny has developed a comprehensive approach to education, emphasizing the importance of mindset development and personal growth alongside academic achievement. In addition to teaching, Mr. Chhanny has actively participated in a variety of leadership training programs, enhancing his ability to effectively manage and inspire both educators and students.

Ms. Po Chantha holds dual degrees: a BA in TESOL from PUC, which she earned in 2017, and an MEd in Educational Studies from RUPP, completed in 2022. She is a highly motivated and results-driven professional with over 10 years of experience in teaching, training educators, and school management. Ms. Chantha thrives on challenges and consistently sets goals for herself to strive toward.

With strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, she is committed to improving educational outcomes and supporting teachers and others in their professional journeys. In her previous role, she was promoted four times in less than two years, showcasing her dedication and effectiveness in her work.

Her extensive experience makes her perfect for the position of Head of the English Young Learner Program at Spring Education Center.

Currently, KHUON Kennedy holds the position of a Multimedia Designer — Graphic and Video Designer, where he combines his technical skills and creative vision to produce high-quality visual content.

Kennedy is a skilled graphic designer with five years of experience, specializing in creating compelling visuals and engaging video content. His expertise spans across digital media, marketing materials, and video production, helping brands communicate their message effectively. Kennedy is known for his creative approach and attention to detail, consistently delivering designs that elevate brand identity and capture audience attention.

Kennedy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the National University of Management and a diploma in Computer Graphic and Design from IT STEP Academy. His academic background has equipped him with a solid understanding of both the creative and business aspects of design, allowing him to bring a strategic perspective to his projects. This unique combination of skills makes him a valuable asset to any team.
