She is a highly motivated and results-driven professional with over 10 years of experience in teaching, training educators, and school management. Ms. Chantha thrives on challenges and consistently sets goals for herself to strive toward.

With strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, she is committed to improving educational outcomes and supporting teachers and others in their professional journeys. In her previous role, she was promoted four times in less than two years, showcasing her dedication and effectiveness in her work.
