Mr. Horm Chhanny serves as the Head of Teacher Affairs at Spring Education Center, bringing over a decade of extensive teaching experience and a commitment to educational excellence. Mr. Chhanny graduated from the Institute of International Studies and Public Policy (IISPP) in 2023 with a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, providing a strong foundation in global perspectives and policy analysis.

Over the course of a 10-year teaching career, Mr. Chhanny has developed a comprehensive approach to education, emphasizing the importance of mindset development and personal growth alongside academic achievement. In addition to teaching, Mr. Chhanny has actively participated in a variety of leadership training programs, enhancing his ability to effectively manage and inspire both educators and students.
