Position Summary:
Spring Education Center is currently looking for a strongly dedicated and highly motivated Accounting Manager who manages the daily operating cash flow of the center in a highly professional manner. Position Responsibilities:
- Managing the daily operations of the accounting team (full set account);
- Setting up accounting policies/internal control and making sure they work properly;
- Preparing monthly/quarterly/yearly management reports and financial reports;
- Managing daily cash and bank management and reconciliation;
- Controlling daily payments through PR and PO work;
- Making sure that fixed assets and inventory are properly used and controlled;
- Supporting and reviewing the daily work of subordinated staff;
- Performing daily/monthly/yearly key reconciliation in a proper technical manner;
- Conducting daily problem-solving and coordinating internal and external stakeholders;
- Preparing budget and variance analysis;
- Managing timelines and prioritization of workload, knowing when to ask for direction; and
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related fields
- At least one year of experience in management or related field
- Good interpersonal, organization, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Potential in creating a new concept of accounting
- Good command of English
