Customer Service Officer (Part-Time)

Position Summary:

Spring Education Center is currently looking for a strongly dedicated Customer Service Officer (Male or Female) who manages the daily student payment in a highly professional manner. Position Responsibilities:

  • Keeping record of student payment in the timely manner;
  • Responding promptly to student enquiries;
  • Facilitating the students’ permission request when necessary;
  • Keeping track of inventory sold and available in stock such as notebooks;
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward students at all times;
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints;
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests;
  • Understanding functions of school system as necessary;
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues;
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process;
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support; and
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent;
  • Comfortable using computers;
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills;
  • Good command of English; and
  • Experience working with customer support is an advantage
