Position Summary:
Spring Education Center is currently looking for a strongly dedicated and professional IT Supervisor who oversees all in-house IT systems. Position Responsibilities:
• Analyzing existing computer systems such as school and HR systems, and making recommendations for upgrades and improvements;
• Developing and overseeing the installation of all systems and websites including domain hosting;
• Performing tests and troubleshooting, as well as quality assurance;
• Implementing safety procedures and data recovery plans;
• Recruiting, training, and evaluating staff members;
• Developing user manuals, as well as policies, procedures, and safety protocols;
• Ensuring all installations, maintenance, and upgrades are carried out on schedule;
• Delegating tasks and developing budgets and work schedules;
• Staying up-to-date with field advancements and ensuring the team receives refresher training as well; and
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, IT, or other related fields;
• At least one year of experience at any private or public institution;
• Practical experience installing and maintaining systems is recommended;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; and
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
