Sophea is currently a Head of Teacher Affairs in English Department at Spring Education Center. Proven to be passionate in the education field, Sophea continuously teaches English and serves in the Management Team in various schools for almost five years. Before joining Spring, she worked as a teacher, deputy manager front office and later promoted as an operation manager at Westview International School. Sophea was a Head of Teacher Affairs for two years at Cambodia-ASEAN International School before beginning her journey with Westview.

Sophea obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia majoring in TESOL (Teaching English as Second Language) in 2017.
