As a passionate education practitioner specialized in Mandarin Chinese, Phyear is currently in charge of Teacher Affairs in Chinese Department at Spring Education Center. Prior to her current role, she was a teacher of Chinese at Stanford American School and CAMBODIA-ASEAN International Institute. She is also a home tutor and has over 5 years experiences in teaching. Additionally, Phyear served as an event coordinator at Federation of Khmer Chinese in Cambodia as well as a Chinese translator for Garden City Hotel.

Phyear is willing to join a plethora of events and competitions, thus, she is also a strong competitor too. By past recent years, she has won a couple of competition programs in China of the international Chinese Bridge competition including Chinese scholarship awards in 2015- 2016 and 2018, internationally. She also received a certificate of honor.

Phyear earned her diploma of Chinese language program at Toun Fa Chinese School, which lasted for 14 years of education. Presently, she is majoring in English at RUPP-Institute of Foreign Languages .
