- Managing the daily operations of the accounting team (full set account);
- Setting up accounting policies/internal control and making sure they work properly;

- Controlling daily payments through PR and PO work;
- Making sure that fixed assets and inventory are properly used and controlled;

Position Responsibilities:
- Reading and publicizing all official memo(s) to students, attend all meetings and orientation at the beginning and/or throughout the term (meetings and orientation are mandatory);
- Teaching literacy and numeracy along with personal, social and emotional skills;
- Employing a variety of instructional techniques and teaching strategies to meet different aptitudes and interests of students, including whole group/ small group or individual learning;
- Following course syllabus provided by Spring Education Center;
- Helping with the integration of technology into the classroom, helping set up computers and projectors, for example;
- Being well planned for class by designing and following a complete teaching plan;
- Initiating, planning, organizing, and participating in activities, including extracurricular activities, training, and workshops (extracurricular activity is mandatory if required);
- Working in collaboration with Spring Education Center management team;
- Assisting in developing a curriculum that takes an overall approach to English study and focusing on a specific aspect of language use;
- Teaching students English skills, such as listening, reading, writing and speaking;
- Contributing productively to the school as a whole;
- Adapting teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students’ varying needs and interests; and
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or equivalent. If ESL Teacher doesn’t have a degree in Bachelor of education, s/he is required to have TESOL, CELTA, TEFL Certificate
- 2 years of experience in teaching
- Excellent problem-solving skills, and able to use initiative
- Ability to patiently work with people from a variety of backgrounds, cultures, religious views
- Ability to calmly manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- An approachable and friendly spirit, easy to smile and a can-do attitude
- Excellent computer skills with the MS Office Suite and proficient with social media
- Ability to employ technology
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
